Although this apartment is smaller that the rest, with a different floor plan, it still has all the features of the other apartments. There are two separate closets in the bedroom. A television is provided in the living room.

This double occupancy room shares its bath with 1104, a single occupancy room. The bathroom for three opens to the hallway between the two rooms. This room is quite large and has a single, large walk-in closet. 1102, 1103 and 1104 are in a “cul-de-sac” of their own, with a small study area outside the rooms.

The only triple occupancy room in Grant House, 1102 is also the largest Grant House room with the largest bath. The bath has two sinks and is very spacious. There is a large walk-in closet in the room.

These rooms are all double occupancy but each has their own unique character. The 101/102 rooms are downstairs and the 201/202 rooms are upstairs with the 101/201’s facing the alley and the 102/202’s facing the pool. The “B” & “D” rooms are square with two separate closets, while the “C” rooms are rectangular with one large closet. The 2 girls in each “B” room share a bath with their single room neighbor. The “C” & ”D” rooms share a bath. Upstairs only, the “C” & “D” rooms also each share a bath with one resident from 200A, making five girls in each of those bathrooms.
Green 200A is a one-of-a-kind room that has large windows on two sides and faces Rio Grande. There are two full-sized wardrobes instead of closets and extra storage cabinets in the hallway. This room is great for someone who loves having a bright room with lots of windows! The baths for this room are down the hall & have a large closet inside the bathroom. Once girl shares the bath with 201 C/D and the other shares with 202 C/D.

This one-of-a-kind room is perfect for the girls who love to sleep late, as the only window is high on a wall that faces the hallway. 207L & 307L are our largest private bath rooms in Main House. These rooms have a full tub in a spacious private bathroom, two closets, plus an extra closet in the hall, which is keyed to the room.
