Room Descriptions - We hope this will help you in filling out your Room Request form!
Please remember that we assign rooms in the order we received your application and fee. All of our rooms are great, so even if you have the most recent application date you will still get a great room! We ask that you pretend you have the oldest date when filling out your room request form because you never know how the puzzle will fall into place!
Green House, located on the south side of the Main House, was previously a fourplex and still has the four kitchens where residents gather to make cookies and chat! These kitchens have a full refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig Coffee Maker. This house is best known for its high ceilings and white furniture. Twenty-nine girls live in Green House and have always seemed to become very close friends! The bathrooms in this house are assigned and are located in the hallways between rooms. The “C” rooms also have a door directly into the bathroom. All rooms in this house have a ceiling fan. There are two study rooms in Green House, one on each of the two floors.

Shared Bath
These two cozy rooms each share a bath with 101B & 201B respectively. They both face the alley side of the building and each have a large single closet.

This single room shares a bath with the two girls in 202B. The window in this room is high on one wall and faces a study room, which is the only source of natural sunlight. The single closet is very large.

Category II
Green Double
Shared Bath
These rooms are all double occupancy but each has their own unique character. The 101/102 rooms are downstairs and the 201/202 rooms are upstairs with the 101/201’s facing the alley and the 102/202’s facing the pool. The “B” & “D” rooms are square with two separate closets, while the “C” rooms are rectangular with one large closet. The 2 girls in each “B” room share a bath with their single room neighbor. The “C” & ”D” rooms share a bath. Upstairs only, the “C” & “D” rooms also each share a bath with one resident from 200A, making five girls in each of those bathrooms.
Green 200A is a one-of-a-kind room that has large windows on two sides and faces Rio Grande. There are two full-sized wardrobes instead of closets and extra storage cabinets in the hallway. This room is great for someone who loves having a bright room with lots of windows! The baths for this room are down the hall & have a large closet inside the bathroom. Once girl shares the bath with 201 C/D and the other shares with 202 C/D.

Green Double
Private Bath
102B is the ONLY private bath room in Green House as well as the largest room in the house and generally is assigned to those with an older application date. The bathroom is in the hallway next to the room. There is one HUGE walk-in closet, with lots of storage space. The entry part of this room gives the room an extra spacious feel.
