HARDIN HOUSE’S MINI CAMPUS IS COMPRISED OF SIX UNIQUE HOUSES.

RED HOUSE

Hardin House started with Red House. This was Stella Davis Hardin’s personal home which she opened for student boarders in 1937.

Red House includes a living room, large study space, two mini kitchens, a laundry room and a flex room (think pampering, party prep, meditation/yoga).

RED ANNEX

Red Annex sits adjacent to Red House. The two residences share a large pool and landscaped patio along with living room, study lounge, laundry area, mini-kitchens, and flex room.

GRANT HOUSE

Grant House is a charming, two-story home located along 22 ½ street, just after Main and the Apartments.  This house has a spacious living room with four sofas and an 85” TV, a kitchen and family-style dining area, a laundry with Speed Queens, and a courtyard.  Grant House includes single-occupancy, along with double occupancy rooms.

GREEN HOUSE

Green House is a popular two-story residence sharing Main’s swimming pool and courtyard.  Each of the two floors has two full/small kitchens and a common area for gathering.  Grant is known for its tall ceilings and large sunny windows in rooms facing the swimming pool, alley, or Rio Grande.

MAIN HOUSE

Main House is our largest and most central residence. Students love its energy and accessibility. Main House includes the Hardin House dining room, study halls, TV rooms, and large living room with a Grand Piano for studying or entertaining.

APARTMENTS

Our ten apartments are perfect for those who want a bit more independence while still enjoying the Hardin House lifestyle.  The apartments offer a traditional floorplan with an open concept full kitchen, dining and living room, plus a separate room for two twin beds and a bathroom. The apartments have a private courtyard, adjacent to Main’s dining hall.
